Two books
I am at the main library in Copenhagen now, looking at a few books.
Two I have in my hands now are:
The Social Life of Information by John Seely Brown and Paul Duguid,
and
Kommuner på nettet - roller i den digitale forvaltning, from the DJØF publisher (yup, in Danish)
I hit a random page in the kommuner-book, and I end up at 19, where it says:

i thought that was interesting.
as an anecdote, at least.
it is NOW that we should be active to shape these new medias, befure the new languages that are in these fields is oto frozen, stuck in its own complacency
